Since founding Newcastle Limited, Mr. Haney has assembled a team of experienced real estate professionals dedicated to client service. He has led the firm through numerous advisory, investment and development assignments that have redefined client expectations and contributed to the growth of the firm.

Background
Prior to founding Newcastle, Mr. Haney spent 10 years with LaSalle Partners (now Jones Lang LaSalle), where he headed the firm’s development activities and was responsible for more than $900 million of development projects and advisory assignments.

Previously, Mr. Haney was a Vice President with Rubloff Inc., a Chicago-based real estate organization, where he established a national build-to-suit program and provided development advisory services to corporate and investor clients. Mr. Haney began his career in the Northern Trust Bank’s commercial real estate division, where he was responsible for a $100 million real estate loan portfolio.
